LA designer Johnson Hartig ruled the runway with a punk edge and mischievous exuberance. Dresses, coats, capes and trousers were weighed down with intricate hand-beading and studding, ranging from a light sprinkling on a hemline to full patterns.
The Libertine entire collection, particularly the menswear, was imbued with Hartig’s signature playfulness, an element that is so often missing from fashion, and always much appreciated.
The models even ended the show by putting on a proper dance party as they all paraded like over-excited and incredible well-dressed cattle down the runway.
