This season, Jenny Packham makes a recipe of delectable delight. How she did it? Simple. Add one part sparkle, two parts of youthful and serene for feminine silhouettes composed of a combination of whipped creme silk and lace tints, an equal mix of delicious color hues in red, orange, lime and blue – reminiscent of your favorite flavor of sherbet.
Add on a dash of old Hollywood glam and top it of with the secret ingredient, the shine and inspiration of a rainbow, or better, the classic Rolling Stones song “Like A Rainbow,” and you have the tasteful S/S 2012 collection presented at Lincoln Center.
