Kicking off Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week for its third season, Nicholas K ruled the runway once again. The S/S 12 collection embodied a casual cool that nobody does better than the design duo behind Nicholas K. They featured loose and casual pieces gorgeously draped in hues of whites, followed by soft, deeper blues and greens combined with grey.
Scarves used as head wraps, cropped leggings, and layer upon layer of fabulous clothing. With an amped up level of glamour the collection felt fresh and completely wearable.
There were hints of suede, tweed, leather and knit, but overall everything had a light feel to it for summer weather, and the cool breeze that comes along with it. (photo credit: Tafari K. Stevenson-Howard)
