Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week: Yoana Baraschi F/W 2011

Yoana Baraschi’s presentation style show delivered fabulous ready-to-wear looks for fall/winter 2011. A different collection from others because of the bright pops of color, it was a thrill to see the work of the Romania born designer. Yoana is to be commended for the amount of work that clearly went into the making of this ready to wear collection, which every woman will be drooling over.

This look is following along with the trend of designing outfits that work for both day and night – a fabulous skirt, a fitted and classic turtle neck, matched with a stellar pink coat is appropriate for the office and for cocktails after.

The detail that went into the making of the print for this classic black dress is mind blowing, and gives a little hint of McQueen.

Snake print was not the only one to make an appearance in the collection – fabulous prints can be found throughout. Once again, the attention to detail was key in making this collection as beautiful as it was. This blouse/scarf combo is doing wonders, and the throw over coat is absolutely stunning  – one of the highlights of the entire collection.

This black and grey jacket, featuring the two buckles, may just be the best jacket shown at Fashion Week this season. Coupled with the beautiful orange blouse and the amazing black skirt every woman needs in her closet, the outfit captivates the idea Yoana Baraschi has for the everyday woman.
