One word to sum up Perry Ellis: yum. As the models strutted down the runway, they all had Edward Cullen-esque qualities, but aside from the yummy factor, the line was sophisticated and chic with chunky cable-knit turtlenecks, wool sateen trousers and plaid cropped peacoats. Designed by John Crocco, this season’s pieces focused on an aesthetic of sleek comfort, as though New York City chic was taking a weekend trip to the Adirondacks.

I personally loved all the textured outerwear, particularly the quilted jackets, and the color blocked sweaters. The muted palette and luxurious fabrics made the collection seem very New England and perfect for brisk fall days in Connecticut.
Sitting front row was PR maven Jonathan Cheban from Command PR, Buffalo Bill’s NFL Safety George Wilson and other professional football players as well.
Not to be upstaged, the finale act was really every girls dream! All the models came out in Perry Ellis henley long sleeved tees, which were very form fitting much to my delight. The man-pack was a perfect end to a perfect show!
