Adam Lippes, designer of ADAM, created a gorgeous Spring 2011 collection. Every look concentrated on simplicity and embodied a certain crispness. Fabrics varied, but the usage of airy and light fabrics was specifically prominent.
My favorite looks were ones of mixture. Lippes has a great eye for mixing and matching and it showed clearly this season. There were several looks where an adorable cardigan was paired with a carefree skirt or a knitted sweater topped of a great skirt or pant.
I must also mention there were a few plain, white cotton summer dresses that were absolutely darling. This collection is great for anyone, as it doesn’t fit under any one category. The versatility and wearable attribute makes it all the more fabulous for spring…anything goes!
