The Binetti presentation was like walking through a Cinderella story. Designer Diego Binetti is known for his innovative designs and this collection is no different. He drew inspiration from Mother Earth with a collection of gowns, caftans and afghans to create an ethereal quality. Binetti presented separates and dresses made of organza, tulle and lace that conjured thoughts of natural landscapes. The collection is rich in white silk tulle, blue raw edge silk chiffon and German silver bronze resin jewelry.
The showcase dress–Rose– is a silk caftan embroidered gown with gold beading accented with pink and white crystals and metallic buttons, which formed flower shapes along the body of the skirt - absolutely breathtaking.
Binetti’s collection marked his first year showing at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
